We were appointed by The Montrose Group, a high-end residential construction company, who operate within and around the Cotswold area, to plan, project manage and install seven stoves and two open fires into their fleet of Cotswold stone houses and cottages that will eventually be let out as accomodation.

They were let down by another company and so were asked to carry out a full appraisal of the overall project. We put forward our suggestions to ensure the project ran smoothly and that their objectives in relation to the client could be achieved in terms of budget and timescale.

Working with and alongside the group, we were able to establish a clear point of direction after various surveys by our in-house team of surveyors to seamlessly guide the project with our bepoke design and installation service.
Due to how our company is setup, we have the capacity for larger scale developments and complex projects. As a long standing Stovax and Gazco dealer, we were also able to source all of the stoves and fires within a quick lead time and install using our in-house HETAS registered installers.
The gorgeous old Cotswold properties will be let as accomodation and so we had to guarantee all appliances, especially the open fires, were upto current spec technically and were easy to use conforming with all types of health and safety regulations as well as enhancing the overall experience of the properties.
We showcase one of the Cotswold double sided fire installations in the video below. It is a Stovax Studio 2 Duplex Double Sided Fire which we talkthrough and show a first lighting of. We also explain how to light and use the fire correctly, with safety precautions.
A double sided wood burning fire is a beautiful centrepiece and keeps a room airy and light. You can access the Studio 2 Duplex from both sides and two different frame options can be chosen to suit your home interior. You can really feel the benefit of the warmth from both glass sides!
Bonfire were also asked to create this video to assist in staff training and ensure the very best experience for their customers – not a problem at all, to be honest we enjoyed doing it!
We did this by designing systems that would enable them to be made and operated safely.
Bonfire normally provide installation services for the whole South East of England including London, however, if you would like us to cater for your project outside of our general area, please enquire now.
