Orders and Shipping
We deliver within 2-3 working days. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Delivery times are dependant on stock and manufacturer lead times.

Prices listed against a product are the supply only prices and installation is a seperate cost.

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your postcode location.
If your postcode is outside of our 200 mile delivery radius you will be prompted with just the local store pickup option.
If you require delivery and are located outside of our delivery radius please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote.

We deliver within a 200 mile radius of our Reading, Berkshire showroom in the UK mainland.
If all items in your order are in stock at the time of processing, they will be delivered together.
However, if any items are out of stock, we will contact you to inform you and wait for them to become available before delivering the entire order in one shipment. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items sooner, we can arrange for a partial delivery.
All our appliances are shipped on a pallet, securely banded and protected as a single package.
If you receive a delivery where the pallet has been dismantled, please let us know immediately.

Returns and Exchanges
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery.
Please contact us so that we can correct your order.
Upon the receipt of your goods, you have 48 hours in which to declare anything missing or damaged. Any damages or missing items reported outside of this window are subject to possible rejection, resulting in the denial of a replacement or refund.
Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer.
Return shipping is the billing holders responsibility and Bonfire will not be held accountable.

You can change your shipping address on your account page, if you created an account at checkout.
If not, please get in contact with us via phone to let us know before your order has been sent.
If an order has been sent to a wrong address then the bill holder will incur the additional shipping charge.
You can change or cancel an order at any time as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse to the customer or been delivered to us by the manufacturer.
Yes, our products that are ‘Out of stock’ will be listed as ‘Available on backorder’ which will still allow you to purchase the item.
Please note backordered items are not in stock and will be shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.
