We are now offering no obligation virtual home & site surveys via smart phone or tablet, to suit you. We are able to offer time slots at your convenience, meaning you do not need to take time off of work to plan your project.

The virtual survey is extremely easy and simple for our clients, being accessible from most devices.

Click & Collect

Our click and collect (local store pickup) facility is available from our Reading, Berkshire showroom for items previously purchased and where we have contacted you to confirm your goods are available for collection.

For larger items, please ensure you bring a sufficient sized vehicle to collect your goods and enough help to lift the product therein.

Please call 1 hour prior to a collection. A forklift driver may be required for some larger/ pallet goods. Your vehicle must have barn style doors.

Please note, Bonfire cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the loading process or any damage sustained to the goods in transit.
