Courier Delivery Information
If your item is in stock and allows for courier delivery you can order it online. We review all of our products as they arrive at our warehouses to make sure they’re in perfect condition. Costings of our delivery are dependant on Geolocation and vary accordingly. You will receive an email with all the necessary delivery information for your purchase.
- We only delivery to the UK mainland.
- Delivery is estimated 2-3 days from dispatch at our warehouse.
- Delivery 9-5 weekdays only
- We do not offer am-pm delivery times.
- Delivery may alter as it is dependant on our manufacturers and courier service.
Upon the receipt of your goods, you have 48 hours in which to declare any damages. Any damages reported outside of this window are subject to possible rejection, resulting in the denial of a replacement or refund.
For any pallet deliveries, we advise that you check the goods while the driver is present. If the driver refuses to wait with you while you examine the pallet, then please make sure you sign for the goods as UNCHECKED as this will cover you for all eventualities.
If you have checked the delivery over and it is found to be damaged, please clearly mark this on the delivery note signature and contact our offices immediately.

Please note: we will require photographic evidence of all damaged item claims.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that any postage charges incurred to originally send your goods out are none refundable. If your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your order number at email@example.com. We will arrange a replacement and collection of the original item. Photographic evidence of defects or damages will be required prior to replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any original shipping costs on your order will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Missing Delivery / Items
If you feel you are missing any items from your order, or that the order itself has not been delivered, please send us an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been marked as delivered, you have a 48-hour period in which to declare any missing or undelivered items.
