Installations:
We provide complete fireplace and wood burning stove installations and are unable to install individual components, such as a fireplace hearth. Installation of a hearth alone can be carried out by a local handyperson or as a DIY project.

Delivery:
Fireplace hearths are fragile and cannot be delivered using our standard methods. They are transported via a specialist Direct Dedicated Day Delivery service to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
Based on experience, this is the best way to prevent damage and ensure your hearth arrives in perfect condition. We also recommend collection from our showroom (RG7 2PQ) if convenient.
If you choose to arrange your own courier, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during third-party deliveries.
Material Selection
Samples of our materials are also available to view in our showroom.
Please be advised that all materials will vary in colour and pattern. Each individual piece is unique and can contain fossils, blemishes, pyrites and
other inconsistencies. These form part of the characteristics of natural and engineered materials and should not be
treated as faults.
