At Bonfire we provide a professional white glove delivery and installation service for our outdoor living range. This includes our pizza ovens, outdoor fires, fire pits and more. Our technicians will deliver and position your outdoor living appliance where you want it, get it all built for you and give you a talkthrough about the product and how to use it.

What is Bonfire’s White Glove Service
If you hate the idea of building or physically are unable to build or move your outdoor appliance and are keen to just enjoy it, White Glove Delivery is great. This is how it will go… two of our in-house technicians will delivery your outdoor appliance and all the necessary bits on your order at a pre-arranged time slot. They will then carefully maneuver your appliance, assemble it (if neccessary) and and place it where you want it. Simple as that!
Every white glove service includes a talkthrough and example of how to use your outdoor appliance if this is what you opt for. All packaging will taken away and you will be left with the appliance ready to use!
Access For My Delivery
Somebody will need to be present at the delivery destination when our technicians arrive as access will need to be provided. Any obstacles or potential hazards will need to be noted before the service is approved.
The team will arrive in a high top transit van, so please let us know about any of the following restrictions:
- Daytime restrictions for delivery vehicles
- Parking restrictions
- Weight or time limits on access roads
- Bus lanes
- Pedestrian only areas
Otherwise, this kind of delivery allows you to sit back and relax, while our team do the rest.
Can I have this service?
We provide our white glove installation service to within 25 miles of our Reading, Berkshire showroom (RG7 2PQ). We are expanding the areas all the time though, so if you’re interested and it’s not available in the checkout, please contact our customer services team.
