Showroom OPEN
Our showroom will reopen on 12th April 2021 and we are glad to say, do not require anyone visiting to book an appointment.
We have implemented COVID-19 safety precautions. We take great care in the cleanliness of our showrooms. We’re also managing the flow of customers in our showrooms to keep everyone safe. We have designated hand sanitising stations available with gloves and face masks. Please wear a mask and keep a two metre distance at all times.
Home & Site Surveys
Our site and home surveys are operating as normal abiding by COVID-19 safety precautions. We have also introduced virtual surveys. This involves a simple video call with one of our surveyors. Learn more

Online Orders & Deliveries
Our delivery team are working around the clock to take care of your orders. All of our orders & deliveries are running as scheduled. Some of our suppliers have extended lead times and stock availability may change. We’re operating a non contact service for our courier deliveries. Our courier drivers are following strict COVID-19 guidelines and are not permitted to enter your home.
Click & Collect
Have you tried our new Click & Collect? Available online or by phone. Upon collection from our Reading, Berkshire showroom please follow strict COVID-19 safety precautions such as wearing a mask, hand sanitising and keeping a two metre distance at all times.
Installations
Our installations are operating as normal abiding by COVID-19 safety precautions. Some installations may be delayed due to stock availability and lead times of our suppliers. Please inform us if you or anybody you have been in contact with has had symptoms.
