Certain products displayed in the Bonfire showroom are available to view in person and order for delivery. These products are marked as “On display in store” and are not available for immediate takeaway.
Customers may visit our physical store to view the item and place an order. The item will then be shipped to the customer’s address or to our showroom for collection.
Delivery Time After Order
Estimated delivery time begins once the order is placed in store and payment is confirmed.
Typical delivery times:
- Standard products: 2-3 working days
- Made-to-order products: 2–4 weeks
- Bespoke or custom items: timeframe confirmed at point of order

Delivery costs are displayed on each product page and confirmed in store before order completion.
Typical shipping charges:
- Kerbside delivery from £55 + VAT (location dependent)
- Premium delivery services quoted on request
- Free showroom collection available by appointment
