The Contura 130 with log store is a compact wood burning stove designed to combine efficient heating with practical, integrated log storage. By raising the firebox to a more usable height, it enhances both the visual presence of the stove and everyday usability.
Built around the proven Contura 130 firebox, this version adds a purpose-designed log box beneath the stove, creating a more complete and functional installation. The elevated position improves the viewing angle of the fire while reducing the need to bend when loading logs, making it more comfortable to use day-to-day.
The integrated log store keeps fuel neatly organised and within easy reach, which is particularly useful in smaller spaces where separate storage is not practical. Despite its compact footprint, the stove delivers a 5 kW output and can heat areas up to 120 m², making it suitable for a wide range of room sizes.
With an efficiency rating of 80% and an A energy class, it ensures consistent heat while making effective use of fuel.

Expert Insight
Raising the stove on a dedicated log store is not just aesthetic—it significantly improves ergonomics and heat distribution. The higher fire position allows heat to circulate more effectively into the room, while also creating a stronger visual focal point, particularly in open-plan or design-led spaces.
Suitability
Ideal for homes where space efficiency and practicality are key. Works well in living rooms, cottages, and conservatories where integrated log storage and a raised fire position improve both function and appearance.
Installation / Technical Notes
Designed for top flue connection. The integrated base allows installation on a wider range of floor types while maintaining a compact footprint. As with all wood burning stoves, appropriate hearth and clearance requirements must be followed.
