The British built Charnwood Aire 3 is a compact wood burning stove that is ideal for small spaces such as glamping tents or tight fireplace openings. The Aire 3 boasts a large glass viewing window that showcases the flames beautifully and provides a great flame picture.
Featuring a full cast iron construction, the timeless Aire design works well for contemporary and traditional settings. This log burner can also be equipped with a store stand which raises the height of the stove and provides a convenient compartment for logs.
This Charnwood on a low stand is a high efficiency wood burner that has a rating of 86% and a heat output range of 1.5kW – 5kW with a nominal of 3.7kW. This heat output is impressive considering its size and works well for small to medium sized rooms.
The smallest of the Aire range, yet it still produces lots of heat and will fill a room with a warm glow. Install as a freestanding stove or into a fireplace chamber. Easy to operate and load with its singular air control with a handle that doesn’t get hot!

The Aire 3 is Defra exempt meaning it can be used in smoke controlled areas such as cities or built up areas. This is ideal for city locations. This stove is Eco Design Ready compliant with SIA regulations for 2022. It also has a Clear Skies rating of five stars making it an ideal log burner considering its small output.
The glass is self cleaning with Charnwood’s Cleanburn Airwash Technology. This technology brushes air on the surface of the glass when the fire is burning so you will have to clean your glass less often.
