The enclosed fire chamber helps contain sparks and embers, while the concealed door handle keeps the overall design clean and uncluttered. If you choose the 3-sided glass version, the rear is fitted with a 3 mm steel plate. There is also the option of a concrete back wall, made from the same material as the bottom stones, which helps improve insulation and push more radiant heat forward while also creating a different visual finish.
For installations near combustible surfaces, RB73 recommends the heat shield option. When combined with the concrete back wall, this helps keep the rear cooler, especially where the fireplace is positioned around 15 cm from a combustible wall.

Installation / Technical Notes
This is a mobile outdoor fireplace designed for outdoor use only. It is available with multiple glass configurations and optional accessories including 45° and 90° flue elbows, 500 mm and 1000 mm flue pipes, spark catcher, CorTen steel floor plate, concrete back wall and heat shield. Where the fireplace is positioned around 15 cm from a combustible wall, the heat shield option is recommended, especially when paired with the concrete back wall.
