The Jotul Terrazza is an outdoor wood stove that is made from high quality Corten steel. The Norweign designed patio fireplace, is ideal for any outdoor social occasion and to be enjoyed with friends and family.

Outdoor Chiminea’s
Moreover, this fire can be left outdoors in all seasons, all year round. This is due to the innovative naturally oxidising Corten steel. Furthermore, this Corten steel chiminea gradually produces a rustic, rusty surface and means that the Terrazza is in no need of an additional cover.

The Jøtul Terrazza has a large fire opening that takes full advantage of the flames from every angle. The opening spans across two sides of the fireplace and allows up to 60cm logs.
Furthermore, the fireplace should be installed on a non-flammable material and not close to any combustible materials. This wood stove is also available as a Jotul Terrazza XL which is a larger version.
Barbecue Grill
The Barbecue Grill for the Jotul Terrazza is inserted into the fire pits opening and allows for the cooking and grilling of various foods. A durable construction.
Firescreen
The Jotul Terrazza has an optional firescreen available. This firescreen is a thick durable mesh screen which protects the user from sparks or to reduce the flow of the fire. This firescreen sits perfectly on the front of the opening adding to the already aesthetically pleasing fire.
Black Enamel Base Plate
The black enamel base plate is in the shape of a ‘D’. A sleek looking enamelled finish. A very popular accessory with our customers. It is (700mm x 900mm) in size and perfectly pictures the fire area, overall creating a more appealing aesthetic. It is also used to protect the floor it is laid upon although it is not advised to place this outdoor fire on or near a combustible material, this is your judgement.
Corten Finish
The Jotul Terrazza is crafted from high quality corten steel which boasts rich, bright orange tones that beautifully ages overtime. Corten steel naturally oxidises to create a desirable rust patina finish over months, protecting itself from the outdoor elements for years to come.
The weathering process colour chart:
No need for a rain cover, painting or any treatment products. It is possible to accelerate the oxidisation process by regularly soaking the outside of the outdoor fire with water.
- Products or appliances made from Corten steel are designed to live outside all year round.
- Corten steel was originally conceived for use in outside structures such as bridges and building and then adopted by Artists And Sculptors
- The product is generally not shipped with the protective layer of Oxidisation (Rust) as this is formed after the product is subjected to damp weather outside in the end user`s garden.
*Unlike stainless steel products, Corten steel products that have not yet oxidised may have scratches or abrasions on the surface, this is normal, as the surface will soon be covered with a layer of oxidised rust.
*The Terrazza does not come pre-rusted or pre-constructed.

We ordered a Jotul Froya chiminea from Bonfire – when it arrived, the welding of the flue wasn’t intact so we contacted the company to let them know. Anna was very quick on the ball, the flue was replaced extremely speedily & we are very happy not only with the product but with the company – no fuss, just replaced the damaged part in next to no time so, very impressed and will recommend Bonfire to family and friends!
