The RSHT012-41 chimney fan is designed for industries requiring reliable and high-temperature-resistant ventilation solutions. This model enhances combustion efficiency by creating negative pressure within the flue, ensuring a steady and controlled draught.
With its horizontal discharge, the RSHT012-41 effectively directs smoke and gases outward, preventing accumulation and backdraft issues. Built with high-quality stainless steel and cast aluminum, it withstands continuous exposure to flue gas temperatures up to 500°C.
The motor is fully sealed and temperature-resistant, while the integrated cooling system optimizes airflow to prevent overheating. With its durable construction and ease of maintenance, this fan is a dependable choice for commercial and industrial applications.

The EFC16, EFC18, and EFC35 are electronic speed regulators designed for controlling exodraft chimney fans. The EFC16 and EFC35 adjust fan speed, enabling control of the chimney fan’s draught capacity between 25% and 100%.
Both feature a built-in ON/OFF switch, a minimum-speed trimmer, and an LED indicator, and they are CE-certified.
The EFC18 is a manual nine-step speed regulator with an integrated automatic START/STOP function and a boost mode to simplify lighting the fire; it also includes a temperature sensor for installation under the fan.
While the EFC16 offers basic manual control, the EFC35 adds advanced functionality with a temperature sensor for automated fan speed adjustments.
All models require a REP-AFB isolation switch to be mounted on the chimney, which must be installed by an authorized electrician.
Isolation Switch
An isolation switch is a legal requirement that ensures the chimney fan can be safely disconnected from the electrical current, particularly for tasks like chimney sweeping.
The REP-AFB is a 2-pole isolation switch compatible with controls such as EFC16, EFC35, EW41 (included with a repair switch), EBC10v2, and EBC24. In contrast, the REPSW2x16 is a 4-pole isolation switch (or 3-pole with a help switch) designed for use with the EFC18 control system.
The main difference lies in their design and compatibility: the REP-AFB handles fewer poles and supports a wider range of controls, while the REPSW2x16 is specifically suited for more complex setups with EFC18.
Choosing the appropriate isolation switch depends on the chimney fan’s control system to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
RSD Dilution Bolts
To manage excessive temperatures in brick chimneys, four RSD-type leveling screws can be placed between the fan and the chimney to introduce dilution air.
When considering the need for dilution air, it’s crucial to factor in the additional capacity required when sizing the fan system.
