What is a Showroom Exclusive product?
A Showroom Exclusive product is supplied through specialist bricks-and-mortar fireplace and stove retailers such as Bonfire rather than being treated as a standard anonymous online purchase.
These products are often more specialist and benefit from the customer speaking to an experienced retailer before ordering. This gives us the opportunity to discuss the correct product, dimensions, options, fuel type, output, chimney or flue requirements, installation considerations, delivery and other technical details.
Some manufacturers also require their products to be sold through a specialist retailer rather than through a standard online Add to Basket transaction. Where this applies, you can still view product information online and, where permitted, the product price, but you will need to contact Bonfire to place your order.

Does “Showroom Exclusive” mean the product is physically on display?
No. Showroom Exclusive describes the sales route and specialist dealer support. It does not guarantee that the exact product is currently installed or on display at our Reading, Berkshire showroom.
If you would like to see a particular product before travelling, contact us and we can confirm whether that exact model is currently on display.
Online Discounts & Promotional Coupon Codes
An online discount and a promotional coupon code are different. Some products already have a reduced online selling price, while separate promotional codes may also be offered from time to time.
Whether a coupon can be used depends on the manufacturer, individual product and the terms of the promotion. The table below shows Bonfire’s current general manufacturer policy.

Does Showroom Exclusive mean a product is physically on display?
No. The term relates to how the product is sold and supported. Contact Bonfire before visiting if you would like to confirm whether a particular model is currently on display.
Can a Showroom Exclusive product still have its price shown online?
Yes. Manufacturer policies vary. Some Showroom Exclusive manufacturers permit prices to be displayed online even though the customer may need to contact Bonfire rather than completing a standard Add to Basket order.
Do all Stovax and Gazco products have Add to Basket?
No. Most standard Stovax and Gazco products can be purchased using Add to Basket, but selected Showroom Exclusive ranges are excluded and require specialist retailer contact.
Does Add to Basket mean promotional coupon codes will work?
No. Online ordering and coupon-code eligibility are separate. A product or manufacturer may permit online ordering but still exclude promotional coupons.
What is an online discount?
An online discount is the saving already reflected in the product’s selling price on the Bonfire website. It is separate from a promotional coupon code entered at checkout.
Can an online discount and a coupon code be used together?
Only where the individual promotion permits it. Coupon terms, manufacturer exclusions, product exclusions and whether the product is already discounted will determine whether an additional code can be applied.

British Fires, Charlton & Jenrick, Chesneys, Contura, Fireline, Onyx, Purevision and RAIS are currently identified as Showroom Exclusive within Bonfire’s manufacturer policy. Selected Gazco and Stovax ranges are also Showroom Exclusive.
