The Blenheim 60″ Aegean Limestone Complete Fireplace Suite is a substantial natural stone fireplace supplied as a coordinated package with the Blenheim surround, matching slip/back-panel set and front hearth. Its layered mantel detailing, strong architectural proportions and pale Aegean limestone finish make it particularly suited to traditional, period-inspired and more formal interiors.
This is sold as a complete fireplace suite and cannot be split into individual components. Where a rear hearth is required for the intended appliance or installation, one can be cut to the required size separately.
Aegean Limestone
The Blenheim is manufactured in Aegean limestone, a pale natural stone whose subtle tonal and fossil variations give each fireplace its own individual appearance.
Its neutral colouring works particularly well with both traditional fire installations and more restrained contemporary interiors, while the substantial 60″ mantel gives the fireplace enough scale for larger rooms.
Complete Fireplace Suite
The Blenheim is supplied as a complete coordinated fireplace package comprising:
- 60″ Aegean limestone surround
- Matching slip / back-panel set
- Boxed and lipped front hearth
The suite is sold complete rather than as separate individual components.
A rear hearth is not included as standard, but one can be cut to the required dimensions where needed for the proposed installation.
Traditional Architectural Detailing
The design uses a layered shelf and stepped mantel profile to create a more formal appearance than a simple flat surround.
The 1525mm-wide shelf sits above a 1325mm span across the legs, while the 905mm x 915mm mantel opening provides generous proportions for the fire or chamber arrangement within.
75mm Rebate
The Blenheim incorporates a 75mm rebate, providing useful depth behind the front face of the surround for the associated slips or back-panel arrangement.

Expert Insight
The Blenheim is a sizeable fireplace, with a 1525mm shelf and an overall height of 1265mm, so it works best where there is enough wall width and ceiling height for the detailing to be appreciated. The 75mm rebate is also useful when coordinating the surround with the supplied slips or back panel rather than fitting a completely flat arrangement.
Because the suite is supplied as a matched set, it is particularly suitable where a consistent limestone finish is wanted across the surround, inner detailing and hearth.
Suitability
The Blenheim is suited to traditional living rooms, period-inspired properties and larger interiors where a substantial natural stone fireplace is required. Its neutral Aegean limestone finish also allows it to work with a range of fire styles where the required appliance dimensions and installation arrangement are compatible.
Installation/ Technical Notes
The Blenheim is supplied as a complete suite and cannot be broken down for individual component sale.
A rear hearth is not included as standard. Where one is required, a rear hearth can be cut to the required size separately.
Before ordering, confirm the appliance, opening, hearth and installation requirements against the fireplace dimensions.
The technical drawing specifies a boxed and lipped square front hearth and no standard back hearth.
