The RB73 BBQuar Kitchen Trolley is a mobile outdoor preparation and utility trolley designed to add practical workspace to an outdoor kitchen or barbecue area. Built using the same square CorTen steel profiles as the Quaruba range, it combines a robust architectural look with useful day-to-day functionality for food preparation, serving and supporting outdoor cooking appliances.
The main feature of this model is its closed top plate, which gives you a solid working surface rather than a kamado cut-out. That makes it much more flexible in use. It can be used as a prep table or as a base for a pizza oven, small barbecue, kamado or electric grill, depending on how you want to set up your outdoor cooking space. Because it is mounted on four swivel wheels, it is easy to move into position when needed and reposition around the garden or patio more easily than a fixed outdoor unit.
The trolley is also designed to be practical beyond the top surface alone. On one side, it features a handle bar for easier movement, while the other side includes an open container intended for loose items such as herbs or spices. Beneath this sits a bar with hooks for hanging cooking tools, helping keep utensils close at hand while cooking. It is also supplied with a grey soapstone surface, which is highlighted as being ideal for food preparation. Soapstone is especially useful outdoors because it is hygienic, weather resistant, non-reactive to acids and chemicals, and easy to clean and maintain.
The trolley can be supplied either rusted and assembled or unrusted and unassembled, depending on whether you want the weathered CorTen finish immediately or prefer to let it develop over time.

Expert Insight
The closed-top format is what makes this trolley especially versatile. Unlike a kamado-specific trolley, it can adapt to different outdoor cooking setups over time, which is useful for customers who may want to change appliances or use the surface in multiple ways.
The inclusion of soapstone is also a real practical benefit rather than just a design detail. It is well suited to outdoor food prep because it handles moisture well, resists staining from acidic ingredients better than many surfaces, and remains easy to maintain.
Suitability
The RB73 BBQuar Kitchen Trolley is well suited to outdoor kitchens, patios, barbecue areas and garden entertaining spaces where extra prep space or a mobile support surface is needed. It is a strong choice for customers who want a robust, flexible outdoor trolley that can serve as both a workstation and an appliance base.
