The Wanders WAN 2068 Black Edition Wood Burning Stove is a contemporary freestanding wood burner designed to combine clean modern styling, efficient performance and practical storage options. With its 6kW heat output, 79% efficiency and A energy rating, it is a strong choice for customers wanting a refined wood-burning stove with a broader flame view and the added flexibility of low and high log store versions.
As the 68cm-wide model in the WAN family, the WAN 2068 Black Edition offers a balanced format that gives the fire enough width to make an impact while still remaining easy to place in a wide range of interiors. The Black Edition finish gives the appliance a more premium and architectural appearance, helping it work especially well in contemporary rooms where a darker, cleaner-lined stove design is preferred.
A key benefit of this model is the option of low and high log store versions. These configurations allow customers to tailor the final look and practicality of the stove to suit the room. The lower version offers a more understated presence, while the higher log store creates a stronger freestanding feature and provides more integrated storage for firewood beneath the fire. Both options help combine heating, visual presence and day-to-day usability in one compact footprint.
The stove can also be specified with either a loose handle or a permanently mounted handle. The loose handle attaches and removes easily, making it ideal for customers who want the frontage to remain as neat and uninterrupted as possible. The fixed handle offers straightforward everyday convenience and a more traditional operating feel. This simple option gives useful flexibility in how the stove looks and behaves in regular use.
Like the wider WAN range, the Wanders WAN 2068 Black Edition is supplied with the Blue Fire catalytic converter. This system helps reduce pollutants in the exhaust gases and supports cleaner combustion, which is especially important in a wood burner with a generous glass area. The result is a stove that combines efficient heating and modern styling with a more advanced and lower-emission burn process.
