Orders and Shipping

We deliver within 2-3 working days. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Delivery times are dependant on stock and manufacturer lead times.

You can change your shipping address via your account otherwise please get in contact with us via phone or email to resolve this before your order has been sent.

We currently only ship to the UK Mainland.

All of our appliances are delivered on a pallet as one package that is securely banded and protected.

Please let us know if you have received a delivery that has been dismantled off the pallet!

Our pallets can be used as good firewood.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery.

Upon the receipt of your goods, you have 48 hours in which to declare anything missing or damaged. Any damages or missing items reported outside of this window are subject to possible rejection, resulting in the denial of a replacement or refund.

Please do not send your return back to the manufacturer. Return shipping is the billing holders responsibility and Bonfire will not be held accountable.

You can change your shipping address on your account page, if you created an account at checkout.

If not, please get in contact with us via phone to let us know before your order has been sent.

If an order has been sent to a wrong address then the bill holder will incur the additional shipping charge.

You can change or cancel an order at any time as long as it has not been dispatched from our warehouse to the customer or been delivered to us by the manufacturer.

Yes, our products that are ‘Out of stock’ will be listed as ‘Available on backorder’ which will still allow you to purchase the item.

Please note backordered items are not in stock and will be shipped as soon as they become available from the manufacturer.
