A sales survey is optional and best suited for those who want in-person design guidance and help developing ideas. If you’re looking for inspiration or want to explore layout options and stove styles with expert input, this is a great first step. The service is chargeable but fully refundable if you go ahead with an installation order. One of our HETAS trained surveyors will visit your property to discuss your vision, assess the space, and offer tailored suggestions to bring your ideas to life.
The installation survey is included as standard with all packages and takes place shortly before the installation. This is a more technical visit, where we focus on the practical aspects – measuring precisely, checking ventilation, inspecting the chimney or flue, and confirming structural details. It ensures everything is in place for a smooth, safe, and compliant installation.
Yes, we can provide a highly accurate initial estimate based on the photos and details you provide. While estimates can be refined after the survey, we always aim to give you a clear idea of costs upfront.
An installation survey is included in your package once you proceed with your estimate. If you require a sales survey beforehand to determine your requirements, the cost can range from £30 to £500 depending on your location. This is refundable against a future installation order places with us. This fee simply covers the surveyor’s time.

Spread the cost with 45% initial desposit payment, second 45% just before installation and the last 10% on completion.

If you decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If a survey has been conducted, we will refund your deposit minus the survey fee. Depending on the stage of the process, a cancellation fee may apply to cover any work or materials already committed. However, if cancellation occurs before any survey or installation has been completed, we will do our best to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
If the job cannot proceed as planned, we will always work with you to find a solution. However, in the unlikely event that it cannot go ahead, your deposit will be refunded, minus the survey fee.
