For servicing of a single wood burning or multi-fuel stove, we offer a comprehensive package priced at £190. This includes a thorough inspection, cleaning, and any minor adjustments needed to keep your stove in top condition.
If your property houses more than one stove, we offer a bundled service for two stoves at just £285. This option, ideal for larger homes with multiple heating units, ensures that all your stoves are serviced simultaneously, saving you time and offering great value for money.
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, and there are no hidden fees. You can expect professional, courteous service from start to finish, ensuring that every aspect of your stove’s maintenance is handled with expert care.
Should extra visits or spare parts be required they would be quoted and charged as extras. Two appliances plan applies to two appliances in the same location. A further call out charge will apply. Servicing within 30 miles (please ask for quote for further afield)

Established in 2003, we’re a family run company located in Silchester, Berkshire providing full wood burning stove servicing annually.
With over 100+ years combined expertise and over 12,000 installations we’re well equipped for undertaking your annual stove service.
We have a full in-house team of renowned and knowledgeable HETAS engineers employeed by us.
We service throughout the whole of Berkshire and anywhere within 30 miles of our Reading, Berkshire showroom (RG7 2PQ).
We constantly opeerate in customers houses and are well versed with the covering and protection of nearby surfaces.
We do ask for any large pieces of furniture to be moved prior to arrival but our engineers can help, if required.
Servicing a stove can be a very messy job at times and so we use the most efficient methods of dust control to ensure your home is left at least as tidy as when we arrived.
We can normally get you booked in within a week, this is of course dependant on how busy we are at the time.
A standard stove service will take around an hour to complete.
However, in the event of any unforseen circumstances the service may take slightly longer.
To uphold any warranties and to ensure your wood burner is safe, a minimum of 1 year is essential.
Of course if you’re using the appliance more frequently than regular servicing is needed.

We can service 1 appliance for £190 inc vat and 2 appliances for £285 inc vat.
For two appliances they must be situated in the same property.
If your wood burning stove is deemed non compliant or unsafe, we are unable to offer a full refund as we have already attended the appointment and the necessary procedures generally take as long as the service.
Of course, we will provide the best advice moving forward and the best way to rectify a situation.
