We delivery to the UK mainland only. Delivery cost is calculated at the checkout if this product is eligible for delivery. Cost is based on postcode location and size/weight of the product. You will be contacted by us to arrange a suitable delivery date after your order has been confirmed.
Please ensure access is suitable to your property. If our courier is unable to obtain a signature then your order will not be left. You will incur an additional delivery charge if you fail to be present on your pre-arranged delivery date. If you wish for us to leave your delivery unsigned for, permission is required. Delivery notes can be added at checkout.
Placement of palletised items are kerbside only and our couriers are not insured to take goods into your property. If you have any concerns about delivery, please contact us on 0118 970 1717.
All of our orders are dispatched from our Reading, Berkshire warehouse. You will be contacted by us to arrange a suitable delivery date after your order has been confirmed.
Many of our products are in stock at our warehouse but some need to be ordered from our suppliers. Bespoke products, backordered and out of stock items may take longer to arrive. If you have any specific delivery requirements please call 0118 970 1717 to discuss them.
Click & Collect
We offer a free collection service from our Reading, Berkshire showroom. This could mean you’ll get your product even quicker than we can deliver it to you.
Please select “Click & Collect” at checkout. When your order is placed, we will process it and place any necessary purchase orders with our suppliers. If the items are already in stock you will be contacted to inform you that your order is ready to collect. If they are out of stock, we will place an order with our supplier and notify you as soon as it comes in to our warehouse. Please make sure to arrange a suitable collection vehicle depending on your products size and weight. We’re able to assist in the loading of your vehicle.

Please park in the car park and ring the doorbell beside the front shutter in order to pick up your goods and our delivery team will assist you.
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Bonfire. However, in the unlikely event you would like to return any items we are happy to provide a refund or exchange.
Your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To receive a refund, you must return the goods to us within 28 days of delivery. Your item must have receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds on sale or bespoke items. In order to arrange a refund, return or exchange, please call 0118 970 1717 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The cost of returning the goods is at your expense. Bonfire is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. If you require Bonfire to arrange a collection then a charge will be incurred for each consignment. The charge will be deducted from the refund amount when processed. Please contact our online sales team on 0118 970 1717 if you require this collection service.
Damaged or Missing Goods
Upon the receipt of your goods, you have 48 hours in which to declare anything missing or damaged. Any damages or missing items reported outside of this window are subject to possible rejection, resulting in the denial of a replacement or refund.
We advise that you check your goods while the driver is present. If the driver refuses to wait with you while you examine the pallet, then please make sure you sign for the goods as UNCHECKED as this will cover you for all eventualities. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email email@example.com or call 0118 970 1717 immediately. We will then arrange collection of the goods and organise a replacement to be sent out to you at the earliest opportunity.
We will require photographic evidence of all damages. We cannot guarantee to replace or repair items which have been signed for in good condition or ‘unchecked’ and are later found to be damaged. For further details please see our Terms and Conditions.
