Description
The large glass door is kept clean by a powerful airwash system to give excellent views of the fire.
The NEO also benefits from being DEFRA exempt allowing you to burn wood in smoke controlled areas but with the multifuel grate, you can also burn smokeless fuels allowing you greater choice when it comes to choosing which fuel to burn. A woodburning grate is available to purchase as an optional extra.
With a simple to use single air control and an easy to empty ashpan which slides towards you to enable the lid to be fitted and then lift the ashpan out and carry outside safe in the knowledge the ashes are safely contained and won’t blow about in the wind, the NEO has been designed for ease of use.
Shipping & Delivery
Due to the size and weight of this appliance it will be delivered to you on a palletised delivery service. All pallet deliveries are kerbside/front door delivery only, so please arrange adequate means to take your order into your home. Under normal circumstances this may take 2 people.
Current delivery times are approximately 2-3 working days. However, this is dependant on stock levels at the time of placing an order. Once an order is placed, we will contact you to advise if there is likely to be any delays on the estimated delivery time.
