It's often a good test of an organisation if there is a problem. You can then see just how well they respond, and how... committed they truly are to customer service. . In this case, Bonfire had been badly let down by their stonemason. The problem was rapidly identified and sorted, there was no argument whatsoever from Bonfire, who understood, agreed and delivered a solution in pretty short order. Very goodread more

Absolutely brilliant I couldn’t of asked for a more satisfying service. Popped in just to look around and get... information about a fire in a conservatory and a few weeks later there it is fully installed and loooking fantastic. The installation guys were just brilliant doing all we asked for. The sales and help team kept in touch with us from the day we popped in to the current time after installation.
